Devlog command, verify timer, sync diffs

Mostly about the new devlog command for tracking what needs writing up after each release.

  • devlog next suggests the next version from unlogged commits
  • devlog skip marks dates as intentionally skipped
  • devlog diff with --since, --verbose and per-date status
  • --timer option for verify

  • Sync shows line-by-line diffs when copying settings
