First release, project switching, per-project URL shortcuts

The first week of project-switch: a small Node CLI that remembers which project you’re working on and opens its related URLs (docs, staging, prod, GitHub) in the right browser with a single short key.

Added 4

project-switch CLI (TypeScript, built on commander) with switch, add and current commands for picking and tracking the current project
open <key> command that launches a URL configured for the current project, on Windows, macOS and Linux
Browser selection per command, per project or globally via defaultBrowser, falling back in that order
YAML config stored at ~/.project-switch.yml, with an example-config.yml to start from
