Autocomplete selection fix, tidier config saves
A short fix-up week. list’s autocomplete now selects suggestions correctly, and switching projects no longer leaves the hand-edited YAML config reordered and full of nulls.

~/.project-switch.ymlkeeps the file's existing key order instead of rewriting it - Saving the config no longer writes empty fields as
nullorurl_encode: false - Picking a highlighted suggestion in
listfills in just its key, without the coloured→ urltext that broke the match
